What we do
One crew, one point of contact. We pull the permits, schedule the inspections, and clean up after ourselves.

Remodels & additions
Kitchens and baths down to the studs, room additions, garage conversions, and detached ADUs. We handle the plan set, the permit, and the Title 24 paperwork so you are not the one standing in line at the counter.

Framing
Rough framing for additions and remodels — bearing walls, headers, shear walls and hold-downs to current California seismic requirements, floor systems, and roof structure. Straight, plumb, and ready for the next trade.

Concrete & flatwork
Footings and stem walls, slab on grade, driveways, walkways, patios, and steps. Proper base prep and control joints, because in this soil the difference between a slab that lasts and one that cracks is what happens before the truck shows up.

Decks
Ground-level and elevated decks in redwood, cedar, or composite. Coastal jobs get hot-dip galvanized or stainless hardware so the salt air does not eat the connections; back-country jobs get ignition-resistant materials where the fire code calls for them.

Fences & gates
Redwood fencing on pressure-treated posts, set and braced to stand up to wind and sprinklers, plus gates that still latch a year later. Quoted by the linear foot, with tear-out and haul-away of the old fence included in the price.

Walkthrough
We come out, look at the actual conditions, and talk through what you want. No charge, and no obligation.

Written bid
A line-item bid with scope, materials, and an allowance for anything we can't see yet. You get it in writing before anyone picks up a tool.

Plans & permit
Where the work needs a permit, we handle the plan set and the submittal to your city or the county, and we schedule the inspections.

Build
Set start and finish dates, the site swept at the end of each day, and one person you can call when you have a question.

Punch list & final
We walk it together, write down anything that isn't right, and fix it before we ask for the last payment.
